NOI Collective, an independent fashion house and multidisciplinary creative platform, has officially launched its first physical space in Cape Town, located on Fareham Street in Woodstock.

The genesis of NOI reads like a classic insider-fashion chronicle. Longtime collaborators Ryan Hing (Creative Director) and Lethabo Motlatle (Fashion Stylist) shared a creative partnership spanning nearly two decades. The spark for their latest venture, however, caught fire during an extensive journey across Asia. As they traversed the continent, Hing and Motlatle found themselves embedded in the ecosystems of independent designers, avant-garde concept stores, and hyper-local creative communities. They returned home to South Africa with a spark of inspiration and a clear-eyed realisation: the local landscape was ripe for a gateway that could bridge the gap between global design and African excellence.

“NOI is more than a clothing brand; it is a place where people belong,” say the founders. “Our goal is to create a creative ecosystem that connects people, ideas, and cultures. We want to celebrate the richness of African creativity while remaining open to inspiration from around the world.
